(Image: shows when error occurs on start up 434)

       rc.bootup: The command '/usr/bin/nice -n20 /usr/local/bin/rrdtool update /var/db/rrd/system-memory.rrd N:U:U:U:U:U' returned exit code '1', the output was 'ERROR: /var/db/rrd/system-memory.rrd: expected 8 data source readings (got 5) from N'

      (TextBox: Error that occurs)

I have also installed the patches for memory issue.

@jonathanlee RRD data is for monitoring graphs.

Not sure about your error though. Is the monitoring/graphing working?

Pre-2.7.2/23.09: Only install packages for your version, or risk breaking it. Select your branch in System/Update/Update Settings.
When upgrading, allow 10-15 minutes to restart, or more depending on packages and device speed.

Looks like that's a harmless side effect of the update. There is one line where I didn't adjust the parameters it uses to put "unknown" values into the RRD file at boot time. That isn't necessary, but it's a good practice.

I fixed it for 23.05 (https://redmine.pfsense.org/issues/14011) but at the moment it isn't so critical that I feel the need to put a fix in the recommended patches list.

You create a manual entry for 6f8ad15a0160bc1369e9fd4bcf3ac4c8462c9be7 to fetch and apply the fix.

It has been debugged and applied successfully.
