could be an hardware issue? -
Looking to the log in search of problem i found in routing.log :
Jan 14 12:53:46 pfSense radvd[34248]: sendmsg: No buffer space available Jan 14 12:53:55 pfSense radvd[34248]: sendmsg: No buffer space available Jan 14 12:54:04 pfSense radvd[34248]: sendmsg: No buffer space available Jan 14 12:54:14 pfSense radvd[34248]: sendmsg: No buffer space available Jan 14 12:54:22 pfSense radvd[34248]: sendmsg: No buffer space available
Don't know if this could be related :'(

Did you configure DHCP/RADVD on a physically disconnected interface?
-
yes… i have 2 nic for 2 separate LAN, one with the problem (some stop working) and the other disconnected (will use it in the future) but with dhcp actived
so this is a separate problem? ::)

Yes, do NOT do that; radvd is super retarded when you do this. https://redmine.pfsense.org/issues/6974
