      After upgrading from 2.6.0 CE to 23.01 attempt to manually download a XML configuration file fails with a PHP error:

        @apt Have you installed the system patches package? If not do so and run all the updates and reboot your system.

          @apt Restore failed for me as well. Had to manually reconfigure 2.7.

            Exactly the same php error?

            Undefined function errors like that are more often issues with the upgrade itself.
