    After upgrade to 23.05 RELEASE, NUT does not communicate with UPS

      Neither local over USB or remote using Remote APCUPSD. Un/Reinstall, reboot no help. Appreciate any replies. Syslog being spammed:

        Same here with my UPS:

        <APC Back-UPS ES 700G FW:871.O3 .I USB FW:O3>

        daemon pending and no response from device.

          NUT is working fine here, UPS USB driver Blazer.
          UPS Eaton.

          dead on arrival, nowhere to be found.

            @renegade Did you by chance upgrade the NUT package from 2.7.X to 2.8.0 at the same time?

              Yes, I have upgraded to 23.05 and automatically the packages were updated also.

              I now added the user=root line and it works now for me. Thank you!
