Is it possible to upgrade a new install of 2.6 to 22.05 and not to 23.01? I need to get a second 22.05 box setup to act as a HA partner to an existing firewall running 22.05 so that I can get the config replicated and have the secondary firewall take the load while the main firewall upgrades to 23.01, which I've had issues with in the past causing a complete loss of WAN.

I don´t think they hold much more versions then one down and one upwards in spare.

@Dobby_ That's why I'm afraid is the case, but was curious if this is confirmed or not.
At the moment I'm just rebuilding things that can't be replicated via XMLRPC Sync, but then the sync won't happen until I get the existing firewall to 23.01, then hopefully things will stay up long enough for the sync to occur. Then, just maybe, CARP will be able to take over, but, I have no way of triggering the failover when I loose the routing, which is going to get interesting really quick.
I did think about taking a backup of the 22.05 existing firewall then restore to the new 23.01 firewall, but I don't see that working well either due to the differences, but maybe it's worth a shot.

I would think that too, because it is better solve the
problems out (if there will be anything) then staying on a version that will be perhaps not supplied any
more with upgrade or updates for pkg´s on top.

So then you are on 23.01 and will be able to switch between the both 23.01 and 23.05 versions.
