Running a SG-4860. Downgraded the firmware branch to 23.01 then running "pkg-static clean -ay ; pkg-static install -fy pkg pfSense-repo pfSense-upgrade". This does seem to create a good state. I can then switch the branch back to 23.05 and run the update from the console. It does make some progress but hangs on pfSense-repoc-static: invalid signature

Your Netgate device has pfSense+ as part of your device purchase.

Gave up - got a 23.05 firmware image for the 4860 and reflashed.
