      Hi All,

We connect two sites through an IPSec tunnel using two PFSense 2.6 machines. Everything works fine, but after a while the IPSec connection freezes and drops out. Usually that doesn't happen for a while after we reboot one of the systems, but after a while the problem comes back. It can go well for a week, but sometimes it goes wrong again after a few days. Quite frustrating...

Could it have something to do with the fact that on one end the WAN IP is not delivered directly to the PFSense? Or is something else going on?

I have added the IPSec log and a situation sketch as an attachment. The log shows a reboot around 1:14:19 PM. Before that, the connection freezes regularly. After the reboot at 13:14 no more...at least for now.

Can you find something in the log that is going wrong? Or maybe give suggestions as to why this problem occurs?
