      Hi all!

Is there a way to increase the update frequency of Dynamic DNS RFC 2136 clients more often than every 25 days (as it's stated in the documentation), even in the case where there is no update of the IP address of an interface?

It would be a good option to add in the client configuration interface?

      Best regards

@vgauthier It will update when it detects its own WAN IP changed, or 25 days.

Note there are edge cases when it doesn’t update, like when the service has then incorrect IP but the WAN IP does not change.

Pre-2.7.2/23.09: Only install packages for your version, or risk breaking it. Select your branch in System/Update/Update Settings.
When upgrading, allow 10-15 minutes to restart, or more depending on packages and device speed.

          Thanks @SteveITS for your answer

The purpose of my question was whether it is possible to update the DNS (via DDNS) more frequently than the rate of change of the IP address in question (or the default update frequency of 25 days).

I understand that this case is a corner case.
