      Will pfSense release a new version in line with FreeBSD 14, which will be released on August 18, 2023?

              @slu Can not agree more.
              FreeBSD 14 is much better than 13,I hope we can move from current to stable.
              Because I can install netdata from FreeBSD stable repo :)

                @insmod "freebsd-XX Stable" is basically "current" until a release is tagged. A couple of other nuances, but that's the gist of it. Roughly "stable" doesn't exist until the "first release tag"
                Notice the timing of branch/tag creation

                  There isn't going to be a pfSense release specifically for the FreeBSD 14 release. Since we're already on 14 the change there is minimal.
