      Hi all,

I have posted a topic in General but I think I may have got the wrong part of the forum for an answer. It's here - https://forum.pfsense.org/index.php?topic=122326.msg692960#msg692960

I've had my pfsense system running for a few years now. The load balance used to always work, I followed the guide from the pfsesne guide to set it up etc.

The system appears to switchback to load balance an outage on one of the WAN connections. So the system is failing somewhere. It works if I re-establish the failed WAN connection by disconnecting and reconnecting in Interfaces or if I change a rule in the firewall but not before long, a gateway will momentarily be offline and it's only be working on one connection even when they're both online.

All my rules are in the correct places, tiers and gateway groups are all correct. DNS Server IPs are different to GW Monitoring etc.

Last night I did some extensive reading on everyone's issues and the solutions they found regarding this, made a few minor adjustments, but this morning I have the same issue again. I honestly have no idea why this has suddenly become an issue. I know that pfsense has changed quite a bit in the past couple of years.

Are there any settings that I should double check that I may have stupidly missed? I just don't know what's up with it!

I can post pics of the set-up if needed.

      Thank you
