      In the past I applied for a PfSense plus license coming from a CE edition when it was available.

      I reinstalled PfSense yesterday with the 2.7.0 release. In the update page I’ve been greeted with a my device is eligible for PfSense plus.

      But, I have ‘Confirmation Required to update pfSense system.’

      I got in touch with a support staff and also double checked my netgate account - the plus license is expired.

      I’ve also gone to the register page and it indicates that there’s nothing I need to do / I’ve already registered. The activation token section isn’t responsive.

      With all that, I’m wondering that when the time comes to update pfsense, how should I go about the process.

      Any help would be very much greatly appreciated. -thanks
      Hope you’d help. -thanks

        @user7645 Did you order a new license? https://shop.netgate.com/products/pfsense-software-subscription

        What was the ticket number from your recent contact? I do not see any tickets under the email you registered your forum account under.

            I also, because I’m unsure on how to proceed,
            went back to 2.7.0 instead of 23.05.1.

            I’m being invited to update and it’s a bit confusing.

                @rcoleman-netgate thanks again.

                Please, I hope not to be billed for my misunderstanding of the whole support process or having updated a device that ended up with an expired license.

                I wish to just stick with v2.7.0. I don’t have the resources to pay a monthly fee.

                But, here is the ticket number, 1802159947.
                I do hope you can understand.
