Hoping someone could assist me please?

Netgate 6100 with TAC Lite bought and running since ~ Feb '22

Upgraded to 23.01 in Feb '23

Current dashboard shows "Contract type Community Support / Community Support Only" - Is there an expiry date on the TAC Lite support and therefore the availability of updates?

Version shows "23.01-RELEASE (amd64) The system is on the latest version."
System>Update shows "Branch: Latest Stable Version (23.05.1)", "Messages: We could not connect to Netgate servers. Please try again later.", "Current Base System 23.01", "Latest Base System 23.01" and "Status Up to date."

Have rebooted the device with filesystem check. Have also gone through the troubleshooting doc for updating. pkg-static update -f shows ": Bad Request" for each attempt at fetching the meta data etc.

I am able to ping and traceroute to the pfSense update server IP addresses.

      I'm stumped.

        Adding the following:

System>Register shows "Thank you for choosing Netgate pfSense® Plus

Your device does not require registration, we recognize it already. You may have already registered, or it may be a pre-registered Netgate appliance."

After reading some other forum threads regarding similar problems, I've just ordered a new TAC Lite activation key thinking I could use it to re-register my device. However, due to the above, I am unable to enter anything into the 'Activation token' box so this isn't possible.

Diagnostics>Command Prompt Shell output when trying to manually update with pkg-static update -f:
