Client has a 1537, ISP is in WAN port and LAN is going to master switch, OTP1 and OTP2 are assigned to ibg0 and igb1 but not enabled.
We are getting interment internet. Firewall is at latest update, and not sure what could be causing these issues. when the outtage happens we can still access the 1537 remotely. I am not sure what is going on.

@JerryCraig Not enough information to go on really. Do system logs show anything? DNS logs? What about quality on the WAN in the historical Monitoring graphs? My personal experience is that it would either be an ISP issue or DNS bouncing but it's different for everyone.

That's what you would see if the device loses it's default route or has an invalid default route.

Check Diag > Routes when it happens.

Make sure the default gateway in System > Routing > Gateways is set to WAN and not automatic.
