Dual WAN Issues with IOT

So,

Ive spotted that I seem to have an issue with PLEX, PLEX Clients, Alexa and Dual WAN (setup for load balancing)

I spotted the issue last night and it seems that plex + alexa communicates with your devices remotely (even on the LAN) so, if my plex client gets checked for its external IP and its routed over another connection within my load balance from the server or the alexa device it treats it as remote, ive setup some LAN rules that i THINK will resolve this and force all 3 devices out over one WAN gateway rather than my grouped gateway, can anyone confirm these are correct.
