Sophos XG 135 Rev3 PFSense Not booting after power removal

I have tried everything and have installed PFsense 2.7 on this sophos xg 135 I have. I can reboot this 50 times and its fine, as soon as i pull the power to moved it and install it it doesn't boot. You can see how the command loads the config file but then comes back and just stops booting. The only way to get it to boot is to reinstall it and load the xml config.
any help would be great. i have turned off the 60/64 emulation, i have tried to add the kern.vty="sc" nothing seems to be working.

Where does it appear to stop booting? Does it actually not boot or just stop writing to the console?
