no connection to my NAS
-
an config issue and im still a noob in this field.
i have build a PF router with 1 dual port 1Gbps NIC and 1x dual SFP+ port 10Gbps NIC
My UTP to WAN (via virtual network)works good
My UTP to my switch and rest of my UTP network works good 10.10.2.x
1x Fiber 10Gbps direct connection to Synology NAS (say's 10Gbase-SR <full-duplex,rxpause,txpause) have it on a diff IP 10.10.3.xon the UTP part i have everything working even a 2nd NAS for security cams
but on the fiber part it seems that my main NAS device is not recognized
do i "need" to use bridge on my router? like "Must do"
ping on 10.10.3.3 does not work -
@Pahtriac said in no connection to my NAS:
ping on 10.10.3.3 does not work
From where?
What device is that IP?
Are those subnets both /24?
pfSense will route between them by default and traffic will pass as long as there are firewall rules to allow it.

It might be the firewall on the NAS itself.
