QUAL O LIMETE DE WAN DO PFSENSE

Hello....

I am using three web links on my pfSense,
01- CLEAR (DHCP)
01- ALGAR FIXED IP
01- FIXED IP WINGS

My machine has two network cards, one for wan and the other for lan.

I look like this:

re0 - lan
re1-wan algar - tier 1
UE0 - Claro (usb network adapter) tier 3
Ue1 - wings (usb network adapter) tier 2

The failover option is configured with the tier mentioned above. It happens that the algar link is offline all the time and does not go up at all and shows on the dashboard that there is a packet loss. I reversed the clear and algar links to test the network card and the clear access normally simulated the failure and the algar link did not stay UP.

I'm using version 2.7. the last one that came out
