How to block only one url of a site?

I'm trying to block an url of a website using pfSense firewall.
That means I can access to all website or url except an url like "domain.com/not-allow-url.php"
Is there any ways to block and would you teach me how to do that?

This is a need for SSL MITM with Squid and squid guard .
Lots of just administrative issues with this technique but if you are trying to be granular about access to a resource then there’s no other way on pfsense.

You should block the specific url you are trying to deny access to in Squid.

It's a lot of trouble to go to to just block one URL though.
