      Hi all,

      Ive been trying to get my head round pfSense for the last few weeks, all is going well and I am learning quite well.

      But I have hit a problem that I am unsure how to resolve and thought this would be the best place to ask!

      I have two networks in different locations.

      10.0.0.1 = Office
      10.0.1.1 = HQ

      Currently I have a site-to-site VPN between the two networks which is confirmed as working, I can ping hosts from either location.

      I have pfSense installed as a VM on my ESXi host, IP address of the pfSense LAN interface is 10.0.1.111.

      I am able to access the web gui and ping pfSense from the 10.0.1.1 network as you would expect, but not the 10.0.0.1 network. pfSense does not respond to pings from the 10.0.0.1 network either.

      I find this odd as the site-to-site VPN is working correctly.

      Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

      Cheers

      :)

        Check your Interface/Firewall Rules - do you have "Block private networks" enabled?

        2.4.3 (amd64)
        and given up on the SG-1000
