PPPOE WAN is up and working but no internet on LAN

I can ping ip addresses from the pfsense GUI under Diagnostics -> Ping and I get a response I can access the GUI/SSH and ping pfsense I can even get pfsense to install packages but have no acces to the WAN from my PC or any device on LAN

Bran new install of pfsense 23.05.1.

System -> Routing -> Gateway
Has the auto created WAN_PPPOE gateway which I have not touched except to add a monitoring IP of 4.2.2.1
and Default gateway IPv4 set to WAN_PPPOE

Interfaces -> LAN
IPv4 upstream gateway set to None

Firewall -> Rules -> LAN
IPv4 any protocol any port from LAN net to WAN net any port set to allow

Firewall -> NAT
Outbound set to automatic

I'm out of ideas any help would be amazing.

Would of added screenshots but on mobile atm and the camera isn't that great.

The destination has to be "any" to get internet access.
"WAN net" is only the subnet of the WAN address. With PPPoE it's nothing else as the WAN IP.
