Ipv6 with tunnels and 3 isps bandwidth balancing

I have 2 isps with 3 internet connections that I need to load balance none have ipv6 yet or in the foreseeable future is my only option to have a private ipv6 lan and then have 3 he tunnels and use NPT ?
