Script to change NAT rules

Hello team!!

I dont know pfsense so well but I am familiar with some menues.
We need to create an script to modify some nat rules
When a server fail, we need that anyone in my team, could change nat rules to redirect the traffic to another server. And some people has 0 knowledge about pfsense, so I will create a tutorial for making this, as simple as it can be.
Here is were the scripts idea comes, we think this should be easier to anyone who knows nothing about pfsense, to run an script instead of modify manually many nat rules.

I will read about load balance to check if this can be used in my environment, but I would like to know if this script is possible in pfsense.
