      Hi,

Our firewall was almost unable to load and always shows gateway time-out. Yesterday, we also experience a very slow internet but we already coordinated to our ISP and found out that there no problem with their side.

After checking our firewall, it shows "Unable to check updates" and if we trying to reinstall the packages, it also fails and shows another instance of pfSense-upgrade is running.

As of today, the network was OK but the firewall was almost unable to logged-in. The checking of updates stays on "retrieving" status. It also detected a crash report or programming bug -

Crash report begins. Anonymous machine information:

      No FreeBSD crash data found.

Because of this scenario, we still expect the slowness of network will re-occured anytime. I attached the screenshot of our system information in case this can help to readers. Thank you.

What does the disks widget show? What do you expect it to show?

If you remove the disks widget does it load normally?

        Steve

@stephenw10 Where;s the widget located? Do you mean this? dashboard-2.jpg

Actually, there's an error reminder from the dashboard. We frequently experience slow local network connection but sometimes disconnected network for like 10 minutes and then it will reconnect again.
