      @keyser I am a paid Sort subscriber, I really do not think that is an issue for the non-free rulesets on 23.05.01.

        @JonathanLee said in 23.0.5.1 ---> 23.09 issues SG210MAX:

        I had a massive decrease in system utilization with 23.09.

        Yes, I assume you mean an increase here from your description?

        Do you have any data showing that? Output from top in both perhaps?

          @stephenw10 It was almost unusable for me. I just went back. Web pages everything was so slow like it speed shifted to a lower CPU. Like Under-clocking.

            So the webgui was slow to respond? Rather than traffic through the firewall etc?

            It would be very interesting to see the monitoring graphs for memory and CPU use in both situations running your config. I know you have a lot of things running, probably more than most 2100s, but my test install which has as many things loaded as I could is still usable in 23.09.

              @stephenw10 I can do some tests for you and do that boot environment again soon. My family wants to watch Big Fat Greek Wedding 3 so I can't do anything right now.

                  That's expected on the 2100.

                    I like to push the 2100's limits because it can do it and has been. It might be Snort's core dumps that caused my issues.

                        It appears this update enabled a dual monitor feature. It does not occur in the previous version.
