      I have an old Netgate system, that has been working great, however it seems that somehow it is not getting any new updates since 23.01

      The system is a Netgate C2758, and the System/Update menu show the following message:

      "Your device has not been registered for pfSense+. Please purchase a pfSense+ subscription to receive future updates."

      Is there any path forward from here, or is the product EOL-ed?

        @vassil_netgate I would ask Netgate support. Did you add hardware that would have changed the NDI?

        You can also reinstall:

        Pre-2.7.2/23.09: Only install packages for your version, or risk breaking it. Select your branch in System/Update/Update Settings.
        When upgrading, allow 10-15 minutes to restart, or more depending on packages and device speed.

          Yes, if it's very old it may predate the NDI system and need to be added manually. Open a ticket with us:

            Thanks, I opened a ticket, and the NDI is now in the system. I will try the available updates tonight.
