Static entries not honored?

Just updated a box to 2.7.2 and switched to kea DHCP but not sure that this is related, just adding info.
I've noticed this a couple of times since the upgrade.
I have static DHCP reservations but occasionally it seems like they're ignored.

Why, and how, would the same device receive 2 IP's??
It actually isn't 2, when this happens the reservation isn't pingable and the assigned is.

@Jarhead Yeah kea is "preview" its quite possible doing anything other than handing out IPs could have some weirdness. I really would just wait a bit to switch over.. Its not like isc dhcpd is going to stop working tomorrow.

It didn't it just got an ip out of the pool, vs the one you reserved for it to get.
