Inexpensive VLAN capable switches

Hi,

I've got a TP-Link TL-SG108E switch.  For $30 it's a nice switch, but while they advertise VLAN capabilities, you can't put the management interface on it's own custom VLAN.  This seems to be a common theme with various switches.

Does anyone know of any inexpensive switches out there that fully support VLANs?
