Accessing pfsense via URL

Is it possible to configure pfsense so that I can enter https://pfsense.exampledomain.com rather than an IP address?  If so, how would I go about doing that

did you make pfsense domain localdomain.com when you set it up and call it pfsense.  That if pointing to pfsense for your dns that is how it would work out of the box.
