      Hello,

      I have 2 pfsense in different locations with FreeBSD 2.7.0-RELEASE (amd64) , and both of them do not show available packages today.
      Any ideas?

        @henry88 try https://docs.netgate.com/pfsense/en/latest/releases/2-7-1.html#troubleshooting

        Only install packages for your version, or risk breaking it. Select your branch in System/Update/Update Settings.
        When upgrading, allow 10-15 minutes to reboot, or more depending on packages, and device or disk speed.

          @henry88

          2.7.0 ?
          2.7.1 ?

          My pfSense tells me :

          a266be04-669f-47d0-9cd1-ec5b6f442b36-image.png

          I advise you strongly to first upgrade to 2.7.2 and only then you should have a look a look at pfSense packages.
          But I think I get it : you were looking to to upgrade first, right ?

          Edit : and where are the logs ??

            same issue here, have seen various threads about this for a good year or so.

            truly embarrassing this basic functionality is so unreliable on pfsense.

              I encountered another problem with the upgrade, the upgrade to 2.7.1 or 2.7.2 not offered.
              I readed https://docs.netgate.com/pfsense/en/latest/troubleshooting/upgrades.html (Repository Metadata Version Errors)
              I solved it in this way:

              From Diagnostics > Command run command: env ASSUME_ALWAYS_YES=yes pkg-static bootstrap -f
              Then Navigate to System > Updates
              Set the Branch to Latest Development Snapshots
              Wait for the page to refresh
              Set the Branch to Latest stable version
              And done!
              Now im running on 2.7.2

              After upgrade The Avaible Packages are displayed.
