GUI key missing for use with Authenticated NTP patch

Hello did this Github ever get merged, tested and or looked at?

Marcos requested changes and after Mathew made them it just stopped...

I tested it and it works for 23.05.01 and 23.09.01

It adds the missing option to input the NTP keys that is not shown in the GUI.

@LamaZ This looks to have been going on for many years glad it made it. Secure Time!! Quizzes, Tests, Exams, etc all are now a bit more secure.
