      Hi all,

      I'm having hard time trying to install/getting Acme certificate.

      I get Address already in use and Invalid response from https://<domain>/.well-known/acme-challenge/ji8VnAZ9DNB9Xz7ifPpoaOwWhGZJMXXGWG9KAL-2cis: 404
      kill: 41125: No such process

      pfSense+ ver: 23.09.1
      Acme ver: 0.7.5
      acmeCert_output.txt

      Any help is welcome

        @KelvinU

        2024/01/14 14:32:09 socat[41125] E bind(5, {LEN=0 AF=2 0.0.0.0:80}, 16): Address already in use

        I take it you changed that IP, your not using 2.0.0.0 I would hope ;) But if you want to use 80 to connect to you from acme to validate, you need to make sure your not listening on 80.. You need to turn off the web gui listening on 80.. For that to work.

        I would just use the dns method of validation..

          Great @johnpoz,

          Had to use DNS manual and adding TXT record on domain provider side not having any of listed providers but now got it to work: 'Cert success'

          Many thx,

                yeah prob not - hhehehe

                Move your domain to some sort of global dns provider..
