      Hello,

      I will be heading to one of our warehouses that has a Netgate 2100 router. We are unable to update the software on the unit
      due to its smaller EFI boot partition. See the attached picture. below. Also here is a link with more information.

      The question is, can I simply wipe and reload the unit while sitting in front of it, OR do I need to download new software from Netgate TAC support?
      I have the appropriate USB - MiniB cable to connect via a terminal session. Thanks for any information you can provide. I will be doing this tomorrow afternoon 2/8/2024.

        You need the recovery image to reinstall it. Open a ticket with us to get that:
