Why everytime I change or modify my config, after a reboot, my pfsense is not reachable? Is there always a glitch or bug after reboot? I gives me frustration.

        Nothing I'm aware of.
What do you do to get access back?

There are some basic networking tools like ping, tcpdump, traceroute or checking ARP tables, which you could use to narrow it down.
But unless you give more details on what happens, no one will be able to help.

That's why the console access exist !
This could be a VGA monitor with a USB keyboard,
or a serial (to USB) connection.

The console access permits you to follow the boot process, long before the system even knows it has 'Network interfaces'.
You can use this access to look at the hardware and system boot file, /var/log/dmseg and any other log file in /var/Log/

Edit : and where are the logs ??

Have you find any solution about that? I mean when the pfsense doesn't reload

                Can't tell.
Only the admin in front of the device can discover that.
By using the console cable he would be able to see pfSense booting, and if there was an issue, it will be shown on the console screen.
