    Some menu items are not accessible.

      Hello,
      I did search and did not see any related issues, I wonder if anyone else has experience with this problem?

      Every menu item is working and updating, except there are two that when I click on, it just times out. Does anyone know a workaround to access these settings? Is it possible to make changes via ssh?

      The two items that never load, and finally give me the connection timed out:

      Services --> DNS Resolver
      and
      Firewall -> NAT

      Everything else will load, except those two. I have rebooted the firewall.

      I am running the latest 2.7.2 on a watchgaurd M500.

        Do you see anything in the system log after attempting to reach those pages? Or an alert shown in the GUI?

        Does Status > Services show Unbound (the resolver) running?

        Is this a new install? You upgraded and now see this failure?

          Thanks for the ideas, I will check them soon and will report back.
          (This unit was in use. but running older version. I upgraded the hard drive and installed 2.7.2 fresh)
          I could access the menus and make many changes prior, it was running about 2 weeks before this issue started.

            All is green, logs did not show anything when I tried to access.
            I rebooted the firewall and everything is green, but it still will not let me access
            services --> DNS resolver
            firewall --> NAT

            Everything opens under
            Services --> * opens except resolver
            Firewall --> * opens except NAT

              And there is nothing logged in the system log when you try?

              It's hard to imagine what would be common to those pages. Do you see it when logged in as different users?

                I figured it out, (I figured out what fixed it, not sure what caused it. I have been dealing with this for 2 days ugh)

                I have debug window in browser open, disabled cache and the pages loaded. removed the check mark and they load fine. Not sure why the problem started on those two pages.
