PfSense CE in a business environment question.

So, almost self explanatory, but:

Can I deploy a pfsense box (non-netgate, just x86/64 version running on metal). Is it a violation of the license to use the software in a business environment? It is a small/medium sized restaurant, less than 50 employee, and i have no intention of charging for anything. Or, maybe $1 for the hardware (its an old use of mine i have sitting around and the busine2ss is owned by a friend). He would not be seeking assistance from Netgate directly.
