      Good morning,

On a new PC i installed 2 device sata SSD 1Tbyte to create a RAID1. I installed version 2.7.2 by creating the RAID1 ZFS.

At the end of the installation I restored the backup from the old PC which only had number 1 hard disk without any RAID.

Now everything works for me but it seems that RAID1 is no longer there.

Can you help me? Did the backup restore delete the RAID1? Is it possible to create the RAID now without losing the configuration?

GEOM mirrors are not the same as ZFS mirrors.

Check the output of zpool status.

Are you saying I'm okay like this?

Is there a dashboard gadget for ZFS mirror?

If it's created as a GEOM mirror then it will show in the widget and in Diag > GEOM Mirrors.

But since the inclusion of ZFS is easier/better to use a ZFS mirror.

There is a ZFS widget in Plus that shows the mirror status but not the mirror functions. Currently that's still a manual process.

                    Thanks,
we hope that the ZFS widget will also be passed to the community version 😊 👏

Is there a possibility to download the widget from Plus somewhere and copy it to CE?

                        I mean....anything is possible. 😉

That's intended to be a Plus feature though so it's not something I can help you with.
