      Have been getting this message when attempting to back up to ACB or using the schedule for the past 8 hours.

      An error occurred while uploading the encrypted configuration to https://acb.netgate.com/save (Operation timed out after 30000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received) @ 2022-12-18 11:07:30

        I have the same problem since yesterday, so maybe it's down

            Yes, it appears there is a backend issue. Our guys are looking into it...

              @stephenw10 We see this message regularly on the firewalls we manage - so far we can say that it basically always occurs between 2:42-2:45 pm CET. Is there a specific task on your part that makes the service unavailable?

                No, I'm not aware of anything like that. I can dig deeper though. You see this at the same time across multiple locations? Different ISPs?

                  I also had that issue, I ran it again manually was ok.

                    @stephenw10 Actually we see this across multiple physical locations but all being run by the same hosting company. I'll keep an eye on it and come back to you, if we find another occurrence outside this scope.
