I am reviving my SG 3100 by installing an SP 512GB SSD. Netgate link: https://docs.netgate.com/pfsense/en/latest/solutions/sg-3100/m-2-sata-installation.html

I am rebooting to m.2, but the OS is not on it yet. How do I install the OS? Will pfSense do an auto-install?

When booting up I get the following, and it stalls:

      Found 1 device
      Unrecognized filesystem type
      ##Starting application at 0x00200000

I do have a thumb drive with the new OS. Can I boot to the thumb drive and point the install to the m.2?

      Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

      Thank you!

@copz1998 you have to open a TAC ticket to get the firmware specific to the 3100. After put it on a usb per their directions boot it with a putty session and follow the prompts on the guide
