Qotom Q20332G9 - expereince/recommended?

After some negative experiences with dropped wan links, I'm looking for a new box. Soft requirements :
- 1U
- Fanless
- 3+ spf+ ports
- 2+ 2.5 GBE+ ports
I'm currently looking at the Qotom Q20332G9. Does anyone have experience with these? Are their network ports compatible with pfsense?
I don't foresee sustained usage above 10 GB (and realistically much lower) and perhaps VPN or two. I don't do content filtering.

II don't know if these Qotoms are worth it (but, maybe that's not a detail anymore considering the price), but for me its already the 'link' you've sited that bothers me.
For a light bulb or some like that 'thing', ok, but not for something with the word 'security' it.Also, you are asking for SPF ports. Knowing up front what SPF works with pfSense is a less known knowledge.

I have problem with another Qotom model.
Huge packet loss on WAN interface .. up to 100%.
Don't know what causing this.. bad firmware or pfsense itself blocking PC with "unknown" MAC address ??
Packet loss goes back to normal only when I add a bridge to WAN interface.
P.S.
"unknown"=suspicious vendor
BTW opnsense work normally without any issues. -
There are some of them available, but in that price range you will be better
of some of the Netgate devices but they will then 100% supported, also
