      Opening lightsquid yields:

      LigthSquid diagnostic.
      Error : report folder '/var/lightsquid/report' not contain any valid data! Please run lightparser.pl (and check 'report' folder content)"

      Refresh and refresh full don't give any errors, but do not seem to take any time.

      Manually running /usr/local/www/lightsquid/lightparser.pl gives:

      perl: warning: Setting locale failed.
      perl: warning: Please check that your locale settings:
      	LC_ALL = (unset),
      	LANG = "en_US.UTF-8"
          are supported and installed on your system.
      perl: warning: Falling back to the standard locale ("C").

      Searching I found someone with a similar problem here https://forum.pfsense.org/index.php?topic=128772.15
      but the solution seemed to be upgrading.  I am running pfsense 2.4.0-BETA (amd64) built on Fri May 19 17:10:07 CDT 2017, squid package 0.4.36_3 (squid squid-3.5.24_2), lightsquid package 3.0.6_4 (lightsquid-1.8_5) which say they are current.

      /var/lightsquid/report is not empty.
