      hey all,
this is probably another one of the stupid questions:
I just unpacked my 6100 (with TAC lite), dashboard shows pfsense plus BUT under "Services and Support" it is showing "community support (only)".

What to do? It is said, that no extra registration is neccessary (when buying a netgate appliance). So far I only used the CE version, so I am now unsure how to proceed.

Thanx for any hint (and sorry for asking this probably for the 1.00000 time)...
      :)

        to be more precise:

        • bought new from reseller (Europe/Germany)
        • seems to be registered (came pre-installed), NID is there...
        • device working so far (first boot-up), just wondering about that "Community Service only" entry...shouldn't that be something like "tac lite"?

          hey all,
wrote to netgate's service (and got an answer in like no time at all, great! > thanx @matthew at service)...
Everything is as it should be, with TAC lite it just shows...well...Community support.
          Question answered, "problem" solved.
          :)
