      Hi all,

We have a WAN, LAN and DMZ interface..
LAN get its DNS from our windows2008 Server. Lan is 192.168.122.1
We use the DMZ interface to provide our guess public wifi. DNZ is 192.168.150.1
I want to set the DMZ interface to use OpenDNS but so far we can't figure out how to get it to work..
We went to    Services > DHCP > ServerDMZ
      and set DNS servers to:
      208.67.222.222
      208.67.220.220

      and hit save..

but when we go http://welcome.opendns.com and it tell us that we 'you aren't using OpenDNS yet'

      Could anyone please help?

And did your clients get those dns servers from your dhcp?  Just because you change it on the dhcp server, doesn't mean the clients got the new info yet.  They will not get that until they do a renew of of the lease..

You need to validate your hosts you want to use opendns are actually getting that from dhcp.

Also you did not put in any dns redirects did you?  Where even if client sends dns query to opendns you redirect it on that interface to use pfsense.

Not that i can think of.. how can I double check?

Do I check the dns on the clien with ipconfig /all?
