It looks I have sufficient space :

Do you see any alert after if fails?
Anything in the system log?
That should be enough space I agree. And if it fails through lack of space it should show you an alert with that. However I would still try removing any old ZFS BE snapshots you might have.

I will check ZFS BE Snapshots.

If that doesn't doesn't help I'd try upgrading from the command line (at the console if you can) with:
pfSense-upgrade -d
That will give more debug info.
