      Hi,

After 23.09.1-RELEASE (old Home (Non-commercial use) license), and trying to upgrade to 24.03, I see I'm probably not registered anymore, even if I do the registration process and it says "Thank you for choosing Netgate pfSense® Plus" as if the registration went fine.

I go to the update form and there is no branch shown.

Is there a way to move on from this loop? Is it a license problem?

Send me your NDI in chat and I'll check it.

If you're already on 23.09.1 then the registration wouldn't be necessary as that's just for moving from CE to Plus. You can add the Netgate Services and Support widget to see the status of the subscription, too. If it's expired it should say that explicitly on the upgrade screen.

It says not registered, even if I go through the registration form and it throws no error.

Must say the pfsense+ implementation(s) where previously registered, working and upgrading.

Being VMs, could they have changed the Netgate ID in the meanwhile, so loosing the registration?

If you changed the hardware configuration of the VM, or redeployed the VM in some way that used different hardware info, that would have changed the Netgate ID.

@jimp I think I messed up with interfaces (I switched from a virt wan to a physical wan) and that changed the NID.

Working with assitence to migrate the new NIDs.
