An error occurred while uploading the encrypted pfSense configuration

I switched ISP recently. Since the switch my configs are not stored automatically anymore through pfSense ACB.
With my old provider I had WAN set to DHCP, now with the new one I have PPPoE and only an username/password combo.
Every config change throws an error:

An error occurred while uploading the encrypted pfSense configuration to https://acb.netgate.com/save (Connection timed out after 30034 milliseconds)

Any reason why this error occurs?

@Panja It's not your setup. Something going on with netgate servers as I can't get the package updates nor upload the encrypted configuration files. This happened on several of my Netgate appliances at various parts of the USA.

I am going to guess they're doing maintenance on the servers right now. Should be working in the morning.

It happened exactly around the same time as when I switched ISPs
