      Hello guys,

I am looking if there is a tool where I can filter POP3 and is attachements to an old smart host that I have behind a pfsense firewall, without blacklisting my remote mail server.

What do you use or would use in such situation?

P.S. These server is supposed to be replaced till the end of the year because of security issues.

There isn't anything on pfSense for that. pfSense isn't a mail server, it's a firewall. You need a mail server filtering appliance type distro to sit in front of your existing mail server.
