      I am having an issue with the Netgate Installer.

      I have tried option one, but it only asks for a login, which I don't know.

      With option 2, it says it can't find a connection and keeps spamming the notification five times a second, filling their screen. I am connected on that machine just fine to the internet for it to find what ever it needs.

      Why is it not possible to download the version I want if I paid for Plus? This is madness, and I believe they are just trying to push business away.

        What exactly do you mean by options 1 and 2?

        If for some reason your system cannot work with the current Net Installer you can ask for the legacy installer. If it's using a PPPoE WAN for example.
        If it was an upgrade from CE though that wasn't available. You would have to reinstall CE 2.7.2 and upgrade to Plus again.
