Hello. I have an application called iSH and was wanting to set up some basic firewalling for my iPhone using the app's Alpine linux/busybox code.

I was able to clone pfSense off of github and have a ton of libraries downloaded, including some openvpn libraries and OpenBSD dependencies.

I'd like to OpenVPN from my phone's app to my busybox running some permutation of pfSense and firewall my iPhone's traffic. Mainly for the lols. There are probably easier ways to go about implementing a firewall but a mobile version of pf would be cool and funny.

Right now I am hitting a wall with fstab and mounting OpenBSD.

Umm, yes. Just about any other way!

That doesn't look like a full VM host. I've no idea how you might go about booting FreeBSD there. At a guess I'd say that's impossible.

At the very least I would start with OpenWRT. But that too looks like it wouldn't work in what appears to be a terminal emulator. Unless I'm misreading it horribly.

          Steve
