Upgrade to v23.01 on SG-1100 failed

Not sure what’s happening but I only have console access. Other posts seem to indicate this is related to updating CE on SG-1100. Not sure how the SG-1100 installer could select CE to upgrade to - that’s weird. Anyone have a fix here?!

CE was never available for the 1100 and could not have been selected there.
What version are you upgrading from?
How did it fail?
23.01 is itself pretty old at this point. I would consider just installing 24.03 clean:

@stephenw10 hi Stephen , it looks like the store wants my purchase history. I bought prior to this shopify store. How do I get it then? Is ther a way to know this wasn’t CE that was trying yo be loaded. Is there a way to quickly rule that out?

It definitely isn't and wasn't CE because there has never been an arm64 CE build.
You should just be able to select the aarch64 memstick image for 1100 like: https://shop.netgate.com/products/netgate-installer?variant=41345658454131
