Cannot download the USB serial insall image anymore?

I see Netgate has decided that pfSense should not be that easily accessible. Now one has to go to their shopping site to download it. Fine... But I see the download options are limited. I need the USB serial install image, but there is only this:
Is this a combination of the serial and video installers?

Plus or CE ? edit : wrong line : CE link !!AFAIK : For the Plus version, use the TAC request and they mail you one minutes later so you get the version of your Netgate device.

@Gertjan I need to download the CE version. I see now this is not. How can I download the CE version then?
